The Stay Matte Cooling Poreless Powder can be used on its own as an oil-control face powder, or can be worn with makeup as a setting powder or powder primer. It blurs pores and mattifies skin much like the original Stay Matte variant, but has the addition of cooling peppermint oil, which helps refresh the skin. This makes it effective for retouching throughout the day.

As Setting Powder
Apply on top of foundation and concealer, before moving on to color cosmetics steps OR apply on top of cream products to set.
Use two taps MAXIMUM of the setting powder out of the sifter cap.
Buff gently into skin with a fluffy powder brush.
Set with setting spray if needed.

As a powder primer/standalone powder base
Apply on top of skincare as a protective barrier before applying makeup.
Use two taps MAXIMUM of the setting powder out of the sifter cap.
Buff gently into skin with a fluffy powder brush.

As oil control retouch.
Use only one tap maximum for this.
With a slightly denser powder brush, tap onto “shiny” areas and buff out slightly.g
